Blaster Glory: A Cool Display Font for Trendy Web Designs
Blaster Glory in a Hero Section of a Boutique Online Store
As I was working on the hero section of a boutique online store, I needed a font that could capture the urban energy and edgy vibe of the brand. Blaster Glory, a cool, urban-style display font, immediately stood out as the perfect choice. Its graffiti-inspired design gave the headline a bold, attention-grabbing presence without feeling too chaotic.
I placed Blaster Glory over a full-width image banner with a dark background. The contrast between the light, stylized letters and the deep black backdrop made the text pop. It felt modern, youthful, and perfectly aligned with the brand's identity. Testing it at different sizes showed that it worked well for large headlines but wasn’t suitable for long paragraphs or small buttons due to its decorative nature.
Blaster Glory for a Coaching Website Header
Next, I experimented with Blaster Glory on a coaching website header. The goal was to create a sense of movement and confidence in the branding. Blaster Glory’s unique curves and sharp edges gave the header a dynamic feel that matched the energetic tone of the content below.
Using it in the main heading helped establish visual hierarchy, making the title the focal point of the page. However, I had to be careful with spacing and lettering to avoid overcrowding the layout. Pairing Blaster Glory with a clean sans serif font for body copy created a nice balance—keeping the design trendy while maintaining readability.
I also tested it on mobile screens, where the font still looked good, though I slightly reduced the size to ensure legibility. It didn’t compromise the visual appeal, which was crucial for a responsive design.
Blaster Glory on a Course Sales Page CTA Button
When designing a course sales page, the call-to-action (CTA) button is one of the most important elements. I considered using Blaster Glory here, thinking it would add a unique flair. But after testing, I found that the font’s complexity made it less effective for small buttons where clarity is key.
Instead, I used Blaster Glory for the headline above the CTA, where it shone. The phrase “Unlock Your Potential” in Blaster Glory drew the eye naturally, guiding users toward the action. This approach maintained the brand’s style while ensuring that the CTA itself remained clear and easy to tap on mobile devices.
Blaster Glory for a Portfolio Homepage Title
For a creative portfolio homepage, Blaster Glory was an ideal fit. The designer wanted a strong, memorable title that reflected their artistic personality. Blaster Glory’s urban style brought that edge, making the name stand out against a minimalist background.
I paired it with a simple sans serif font for the subheadline and body text, ensuring the overall design stayed professional yet expressive. The use of Blaster Glory for the main title added character and helped establish a consistent visual language across the site.
It also worked well when overlaid on images, creating a layered effect that enhanced the portfolio’s aesthetic without overwhelming the viewer.
Blaster Glory in a Blog Header for a Digital Brand Kit
In another project, I used Blaster Glory for a blog header within a digital brand kit. The brand targeted young professionals who appreciated modern, edgy designs. Blaster Glory fit seamlessly into this context, offering a fresh take on traditional typography.
The font’s graffiti vibe gave the blog a unique identity, helping it stand out from other content on the web. I made sure to keep the rest of the layout clean and uncluttered, so the focus remained on the blog title and featured posts.
Testing different weights and styles of Blaster Glory showed that the regular weight worked best for headers, while lighter variations were better for decorative accents like taglines or sidebars.
Blaster Glory for a Campaign Landing Page Headline
Finally, I tested Blaster Glory on a campaign landing page. The campaign aimed to promote a new line of streetwear, and the brand wanted a font that embodied rebellion and creativity. Blaster Glory was the obvious choice, given its urban roots and bold appearance.
The headline “Redefine Your Style” in Blaster Glory immediately caught the eye and set the tone for the rest of the page. It worked especially well with high-contrast visuals, reinforcing the campaign’s message of breaking norms and standing out.
While I used it only for the headline, the font’s presence helped unify the entire landing page, making it feel cohesive and intentional.
